Job Title: Manager Corporate Services

Reports to: Head of Administration / Director Corporate Services
Job Purpose
The Manager Corporate Services is responsible for leading and standardizing corporate administration, facilities, travel, vendor management, and regulatory compliance across all UAE entities. The role ensures efficient service delivery, strong governance, cost optimization, and high-quality executive support while maintaining full compliance with UAE regulatory requirements.
Key Responsibilities
1. Administration & Office Services
- Lead day-to-day corporate administration across all group entities.
- Standardize office operations including reception, mail, office supplies, meeting rooms, pantry, housekeeping, and access/security.
- Oversee document control, approvals, record management, and archiving.
- Coordinate corporate events and logistics including board meetings, town halls, wellness initiatives, and company events.
2. Government Relations & Compliance
- Ensure compliance with MOHRE, Immigration, Municipality, Civil Defense, Chamber of Commerce, and other authorities.
- Maintain trackers for licenses, tenancy, insurance, vehicles, assets, and statutory expiries.
- Manage timely renewals, including trade licenses and related regulatory documentation.
3. Facilities Management
- Manage office facilities, maintenance contracts (AMCs), space planning, seating layouts, and security arrangements.
- Ensure safe, compliant, and efficient work environments across all locations.
- Oversee preventive maintenance and facility service standards.
4. Travel & Accommodation
- Centralize and manage corporate travel arrangements including air tickets, hotels, visas, and travel insurance.
- Implement travel policies, approval workflows, and cost controls.
- Negotiate corporate travel and accommodation rates.
5. Vendor & Cost Management
- Lead RFQs/RFPs and negotiate SLAs for administration, facilities, travel, and office supplies.
- Evaluate vendor performance and ensure service quality and compliance.
- Drive cost optimization through bundled contracts, rate cards, and consumption control.
6. Policies, SOPs & Governance
- Draft, implement, and enforce Corporate Services policies and SOPs.
- Coordinate with HR, Finance, IT, and Legal to align with DOA, procurement, and audit requirements.
- Ensure audit readiness and governance compliance.
7. Service Excellence & Stakeholder Management
- Provide responsive, high-quality support to senior management and stakeholders.
- Manage escalations effectively and promote a strong service culture.
- Lead continuous improvement initiatives to enhance service standards.
Minimum Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration / Management (Master's preferred).
- 812 years of experience in Corporate Services / Administration within a multi-entity UAE organization.
- Proven experience in facilities management, vendor contracts, and corporate services operations.
- Strong exposure to UAE regulatory and compliance processes.
