Corporate Services & Compliance Manager

Charterhouse is proudly partnered with an institutional grade single family office in Dubai who are looking to hire a Corporate Services and Compliance Manager professional to their team.

The Corporate Services & compliance Manager has been created to support their private market investments and the wider business as a whole. The role will be extremely varied and will take on the company secretary duties alongside KYC documentation production, regulatory filings, coordinating with external parties, fund reporting, and other operations.

Due to the complicated nature of private equity structures and transactions, the firm has to work with companies across multiple jurisdictions and geographies, meaning that they have different tax and reporting elements, which require varying KYC documentation, legislation, and other requirements. This role will also take ownership of the administration function of the office and closely support the Director of Operations.

To be considered for this role, the ideal candidate must have at least 3 years across corporate services or fund administration, either inhouse or with fund service provider in the UAE. Combined with an understanding of private market funds regulated out of international geographies.
