Role Summary:

The Corporate Services Lead will play a pivotal role in leading and optimizing IMI's Corporate Services. This position is strategically focused on enhancing the employee experience by delivering value-added services that provide tangible benefits to employees. These include offering access to exclusive discounts and deals through employee IDs, enhancing travel and hotel booking processes, and providing comprehensive relocation support. Key responsibilities include identifying and negotiating corporate partnerships to secure a range of benefits and discounts on products and services. The role will also emphasize supporting new joiners by providing essential guidance and resources to facilitate their seamless integration, including assistance with housing and relocation-related services. In addition, the Corporate Services Lead will oversee critical administrative functions and office operations, including workspace planning, vendor coordination, and supply management. This role requires cross-functional collaboration to ensure that corporate services align with IMI's strategic objectives, while maintaining high standards of efficiency, continuous improvement, and innovation across all service touchpoints.

Key Responsibilities:

Employee Experience & Corporate Benefits

  • Design and manage comprehensive corporate benefit programs that provide employees with exclusive discounts through strategic partnerships with both local and international vendors (housing, furniture, cars, electronics, etc.).
  • Develop and implement initiatives to enhance the overall employee journey, with a particular focus on new joiners, including relocation assistance, housing support, and tailored onboarding services.
  • Collaborate closely with HR and Communications teams to effectively promote and communicate the full range of available benefits to employees.
  • Spearhead improvements in business travel and hotel booking processes, ensuring seamless, efficient, and cost-effective experiences for all employees..

Corporate Services Operations

  • Oversee the daily operations of corporate services, ensuring the highest standards of service excellence across all administrative functions.
  • Lead the management of office space, including seating allocation, reallocation, and optimization to maximize efficiency and support organizational needs.
  • Standardize office spaces to enhance functionality, streamline operations, and boost overall productivity
  • Manage essential office support services (e.g., pantry, supplies, canteen) and collaborate with the procurement team to ensure timely approvals, cost control, and consistent service delivery

Vendor & Supply Management

  • Develop and nurture strategic relationships with external vendors, negotiating favorable terms and ensuring the delivery of high-quality services that meet IMI's standards.
  • Oversee the management of service contracts, conduct performance evaluations, and ensure strict adherence to Service Level Agreements (SLAs) with third-party service providers.

Team Leadership & Strategic Alignment

  • Lead, mentor, and coach the Corporate Services team to ensure the delivery of exceptional service while driving continuous improvement across all functions.
  • Align team objectives and service offerings with IMI's overall organizational strategies and employee engagement goals to support company-wide success.
  • Cultivate a collaborative, service-oriented culture within the team and across departments, fostering strong interdepartmental relationships and driving a unified approach to corporate services.

Compliance & Policy Management

  • Ensure strict adherence to local regulatory standards and internal compliance protocols, safeguarding the organization's operations and reputation.
  • Regularly maintain, review, and update policies, procedures, and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) related to corporate services and administrative functions.
  • Lead initiatives to enhance digital documentation, optimize archiving processes, and streamline internal workflows, driving efficiency and reducing administrative overhead

Financial & Resource Management

  • Prepare and manage budgets for corporate services, ensuring cost efficiency while delivering maximum value and maintaining service excellence.
  • Identify and implement strategic cost-saving initiatives without compromising the quality of services provided

Special Projects & Cross-Functional Support

  • Provide corporate services expertise and resources to support cross-functional initiatives, driving collaboration and alignment with organizational goals.
  • Lead or participate in special projects or task forces related to enhancing employee experience or improving corporate operations.

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Management, Hospitality, or a related field.
  • 710 years of experience in corporate services, administration, or employee experience-related roles.
  • Experience in vendor management and building external partnerships to enhance employee offerings.
  • Strong leadership and people management skills with a proactive, solutions-driven mindset.
  • Fluency in both Arabic and English (written and spoken).
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office; advanced PowerPoint and Excel skills are a plus.
