JOB PURPOSE / ROLE:
- To develop plans and manage the implementation of sustainable activities and programs that have social and economic impact on the community to maintain long-term relationships with various local authorities to participate in their welfare programs that would contribute to sustainable growth of the community.
AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITY:
- Follows all relevant departmental policies, processes, standard operating procedures and instructions so that work is carried out in a controlled and consistent manner
- Follows the day-to-day operations related to own job to ensure continuity of work
- Participates in developing Riyad Bank Community Service strategy, plans, initiatives and associated budget ensuring alignment with other marketing functions and Riyad Bank overall objectives
- Develops CSR publicity plan in cooperation with Head of Community Service to ensure consistency of the bank's identity as champion and supportive of community civic and economic advancement
- Plans and executes the economic development initiatives of the communities where Riyad Bank operates via grants, community service, voluntary programs, etc. to enhance the bank's image
- Designs and monitors programs to improve the living standards of citizens and their families including Hajj, youth development, subsidized education, donations and sports to promote Riyad Bank's message
- Monitors and assesses CSR initiatives to ensure the positive impact of all programs encompassing environment, workplace, community and culture issues that will deliver agreed CSR targets
- Contributes to the identification of opportunities for continuous improvement of processes and practices taking into account international best practice, improvement of business processes, cost reduction and productivity improvement
- Assists in the preparation of timely and accurate reports of Riyad Bank to meet company and department requirements, policies and standards
- Complies with all relevant safety, quality and environmental management policies, procedures and controls to ensure a healthy and safe work environment
- Performs other related duties or assignments as directed
QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing or any related discipline
6-8 years relevant experience in community service / Community Service role
English: Advanced
