Role Purpose
Lead the organization's CSR strategy, ensuring strong governance, measurable outcomes, and meaningful social impact aligned with business goals and national agendas.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the corporate CSR strategy in alignment with organizational objectives
- Design, manage, and oversee CSR programs from concept to delivery
- Establish governance frameworks, KPIs, and impact reporting mechanisms
- Manage and engage internal and external stakeholders, partners, and relevant entities
- Prepare executive-level reports, presentations, and strategic recommendations
- Coordinate cross-functionally to ensure effective implementation and positioning of CSR initiatives
Required Experience
- Minimum 6 years of experience in CSR, sustainability, community engagement, or related strategic roles
- Proven experience leading CSR or sustainability initiatives at both strategic and execution levels
- Experience within large organizations, government-related entities, or national-scale projects is an advantage
Education
- Bachelor's degree in Sustainability, Social Sciences, Business Administration, Public Policy, Communications, or a related field
- Master's degree is a plus
Preferred Certifications
- GRI (Global Reporting Initiative) Certification
- ISO 26000 Social Responsibility knowledge or certification
- ESG / Sustainability Reporting certifications
- CSR Practitioner or equivalent professional certifications
- Impact measurement or sustainability framework certifications
