Job Summary:

The Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) Head is responsible for developing, implementing, and overseeing the company's CSR strategies and initiatives. This role ensures alignment with the company's values and business goals, fostering sustainable development and positive social impact while enhancing corporate reputation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute comprehensive CSR strategies aligned with the company's vision and business objectives.
  • Lead the planning and implementation of community engagement, environmental sustainability, and social welfare programs.
  • Build and maintain partnerships with NGOs, government agencies, and other stakeholders.
  • Monitor, evaluate, and report on the impact of CSR initiatives, ensuring transparency and accountability.
  • Collaborate with internal departments to integrate CSR principles into daily operations and corporate culture.
  • Manage CSR budgets, resources, and team members to deliver projects effectively.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant local and international CSR regulations and standards.
  • Represent the company in CSR forums, conferences, and external communications.
  • Promote employee engagement and volunteerism aligned with CSR goals.
  • Drive awareness and communication campaigns internally and externally to highlight CSR achievements.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Social Sciences, or a related field.
  • A Master's degree or relevant certifications in CSR, Sustainability, or related disciplines is a plus.
  • 810 years of progressive experience in CSR management, preferably within large corporations or relevant sectors.
  • Proven track record of designing and managing impactful CSR programs.
  • Experience in stakeholder engagement and partnership development.
  • Strong leadership and team management capabilities.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strategic thinker with problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
  • Ability to work collaboratively across departments and with external partners.
  • Knowledge of CSR frameworks, standards (e.g., GRI, UN SDGs), and reporting tools.
  • Ability to analyze and report on social and environmental impact data.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Familiarity with CSR management software or platforms is an advantage.
  • Fluent in English (written and spoken), additional language skills are a plus.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously under deadlines.
  • Strong organizational and planning skills.
  • High level of integrity and commitment to corporate ethics and sustainability.
