Job Summary
Managing and participating in development of Corporate strategy and implementation; all business development activities, including identifying and screening new business opportunities and developing the company's business capabilities through strategic alliances, joint ventures, and acquisitions.
Key Functional Responsibilities
- Participate in the formulation and refinement of the company's vision and strategy
- Contribute to strategic decision-making processes to ensure proper implementation and achievement of short-, medium- and long-term strategies.
- Oversee the formulation of company objectives, business plans and operational programs in line with the company's vision, mission and strategic direction.
- Identify opportunities for growth through expansion (geographic and services), partnerships, joint ventures, mergers and/or acquisitions and initiate interactions by contacting potential partners, researching industry and related events, publications, and other sources.
- Explore new technologies, products or opportunities in line with the existing field of business or extensions to the current line of business.
- Evaluate potential opportunities by analyzing the market, financial opportunity, and fit with the company's overall strategy.
- Support the CEO in ad hoc tasks related to acquiring new lands, developing regional and international growth opportunities, and any other related tasks.
- Maintain excellent relations with new and existing business partners.
- Oversee the development of policies and procedures ensuring they are in accordance with leading practices.
Job Specifications
Education
Minimum Bachelor's degree in BA, or any related field.
Experience
Minimum 5 years in the related field.
