Hiring: Corporate Trainer (Generative AI & Agentic AI)

Duration: 6 Weeks (Alternate Days)

Total Training Hours: 60 Hours

Session Timings: 9:00 AM–1:00 PM or 2:00 PM–6:00 PM

We are looking for an experienced Corporate Trainer with strong expertise in Generative AI and Agentic AI to deliver engaging, hands-on training programs for professionals. The ideal candidate should be able to simplify complex AI concepts and provide practical exposure to the latest AI tools, frameworks, and real-world applications.

Key Responsibilities:

* Deliver instructor-led training on Generative AI and Agentic AI concepts.

* Conduct hands-on sessions covering LLMs, Prompt Engineering, RAG, AI Agents, Multi-Agent Systems, and AI Automation.

* Develop training content, assignments, case studies, and assessments.

* Facilitate interactive discussions and practical exercises.

* Evaluate learner progress and provide guidance throughout the training program.

* Stay updated with emerging trends and advancements in AI technologies.

Required Skills:

* Strong expertise in Generative AI and Agentic AI.

* Hands-on experience with tools and frameworks such as ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, LangChain, LangGraph, CrewAI, AutoGen, and Vector Databases.

* Good understanding of AI workflows, automation, and enterprise AI applications.

* Excellent communication, presentation, and facilitation skills.

* Ability to train both technical and non-technical audiences.

Qualifications:

* Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

* Minimum 3 years of training, teaching, or corporate learning experience.

* Prior experience delivering classroom or corporate training programs is preferred.
