Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Cosmetics Customer Support Specialist based in Sheikh Zayed City. The role involves managing customer inquiries, providing expert skincare advice, resolving customer issues, and ensuring a high standard of service. Responsibilities also include following up with relevant teams, maintaining accurate records, and collaborating with relevant teams to enhance the customer experience.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree
  • Experience: Entry to Mid-Level (2-3 years of experience)
  • Customer service and excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to assist customers with empathy and professionalism through phone calls, messages, and emails.
  • Knowledge of skincare products, preferably with an understanding of acne-prone and sensitive skin solutions.
  • Problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities to handle customer issues efficiently.
  • Basic administrative and record-keeping skills to ensure accurate documentation and order processing.
  • Fluency in English and Arabic is highly preferred.
  • Experience in customer support, retail, or the cosmetics/skincare industry is a plus.

Salary budget: 7500-9000 EGP
