Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Beauty Educator based in Dubai. The Beauty Educator will be responsible for delivering high-quality training and workshops in the areas of beauty and cosmetology. Daily tasks include designing and delivering educational programs, mentoring team members, staying updated on the latest techniques and products, and ensuring exceptional standards are upheld. Engaging with clients and providing excellent customer service is also a key aspect of this role.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Cosmetology Education and Teaching methodologies
• Strong knowledge and skills in Cosmetology and Hair Care
• Exceptional Customer Service skills, with a focus on communication and interpersonal relations
• Experience and passion in working within the beauty or salon industry
• A professional Certificate or Diploma in Beauty, Cosmetology, or a related field
• Ability to inspire and mentor a team to achieve high standards
• Familiarity with current beauty trends and techniques is a plus
