Job Purpose
Providing financial, administrative and clerical support to the organization. his role is to complete payments and control expenses by receiving payments, plus processing, verifying and reconciling invoices.
Responsibilities:
ERP & Data Integrity:
- Managing the accuracy of inventory recording and costing data within Oracle ERP to ensure precise financial reporting for the manufacturing facility.
Reconciliation & Reporting:
- Leading the monthly reconciliation of the Inventory GL against the sub-leger; identifying deviations, analyzing Cost of Consumption (COC), and preparing comprehensive periodic costing reports.
Variance Analysis:
- Performing deep-dive analysis on Material Usage (MUV), Purchase Price (PPV), and Resource Usage (RUV) variances to drive cost-saving initiatives in production.
Inventory Control:
- Monitoring Min/Max and Safety Stock levels for high-turnover raw materials and frozen finished goods to support the supply chain team.
Risk Management:
- Analyzing stock aging and turnover rates to mitigate inventory risks and coordinating with operations to reduce write-offs for perishable goods.
Auditing:
- Conducting the physical count process and cycle counting routines, investigating discrepancies, and strictly enforcing the documentation cycle across all factory stores.
QUALIFICATIONS, EXPERIENCE & SKILLS
Academic and professional qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, or Finance.
- Food or Beverage manufacturing experience is a plus.
Experience:
- A minimum of 1-3 years of experience.
Skills:
- Proven knowledge in international accounting and reporting standards.
- Good knowledge of MS Office (particularly in Excel).
- Good analytical, planning, organizational and time-management and communication skills.
- Ability to work with big volume of data.
- Proficiency in English (Intermediate: spoken and written).
