Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Cost Accounting Manager based in Cairo. The Cost Accounting Manager will be responsible for overseeing cost accounting systems, analyzing financial data, preparing accurate financial statements, and ensuring compliance with relevant accounting regulations. This role includes managing journal entries, conducting cost analysis, and providing financial insights to support decision-making within the organization.
Qualifications
- Strong expertise in Cost Accounting and Financial Statements preparation
- Proficiency in handling Journal Entries and other core accounting tasks
- Advanced Analytical Skills and Finance knowledge
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Proficiency in accounting software and advanced MS Excel skills
- Excellent communication and leadership abilities
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; CPA or CMA certification is a plus
- Prior experience in cost accounting or a similar role in the manufacturing or maritime industry is advantageous
