About the Role:
We are looking for a
Cost & Planning Engineer to play a key role in ensuring our projects are delivered on time, within budget, and with high quality. You will manage project schedules, track costs, and provide reliable insights that support decision-making across the project lifecycle. This role is critical in helping our teams plan effectively, control budgets, and minimize risks.
What You'll Do:
- Develop, maintain, and update project schedules using Primavera P6 / MS Project
- Track project costs, manage budgets, and forecast cash flow
- Measure project progress and report on schedule and cost performance
- Assess the impact of changes, manage risks, and support corrective actions
- Coordinate with project managers, site teams, consultants, and contractors to ensure smooth project execution
- Support management reporting, audits, and performance reviews with accurate, data-driven insights
What We're Looking For:
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field
- 510 years of experience in cost control and planning for construction or development projects
- Strong skills in Primavera P6 / MS Project and advanced Excel
- Solid understanding of construction sequencing, cost structures, and contracts
- Excellent analytical, reporting, and communication skills, with high attention to detail
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines while maintaining accuracy
