Key Responsibilities:
- Costing Operations:Maintain and update product cost structures, validate production orders, analyze manufacturing variances, and support new product costing.
- Inventory Control:Monitor stock movements, reconcile inventory transactions, investigate discrepancies, and ensure accurate stock valuation in the ERP system.
- Stock Counts & Audits:Lead periodic physical stock counts, analyze results, and ensure compliance with audit requirements.
- Reporting & Analysis:Prepare monthly cost reports, inventory aging summaries, and KPIs to support management decisions.
- Compliance:Uphold internal controls, SOPs, and audit readiness across costing and inventory processes.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration:Work closely with Production, Supply Chain, Warehouse, Procurement, and Finance teams to improve processes and accuracy.
Qualifications
Education:
- Bachelor's degree in accounting or related field.
Experience:
- 13 years of experience in cost accounting and inventory control.
- Experience in F&B or FMCG industries is preferred.
Technical Skills:
- Strong knowledge of cost accounting, inventory management, and manufacturing processes.
- Proficiency in ERP systems (e.g., Dynamics, SAP, Oracle).
- Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, Power Query, modeling).
- Understanding of IFRS related to inventory and cost of sales.
