Job Requirements:

1. Bachelor's degree in civil engineering
2. 6-8 years of experience in cost control management within leading construction contractors
3. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
4. Hands-on experience on construction sites, especially in fit-out and MEP works (considered a plus)
5. PMO or CCP certification is a plus
