Algihaz Holding is seeking a detailoriented and proactive Cost Control Engineer to join our growing team in Cairo
What you'll do
- Assist in the budget preparation process for the projects, preparation of the indirect cost including the manpower and equipment plan with timeline distribution and checking the material quotation rates and it is validity.
- Prepare the budget comparison between budget and POs to determine the saving and overrun on each package and the positive and negative impact to the project margin.
- Check and verify the supplier and subcontractor invoices with the progress at site and the payment terms.
- Check the project petty cash whether it is as per the company policy and within the approved budget or not.
- Prepare the monthly cost report including the actual, saving or overrun and the forecasted Cost for each work package.
- Assist the line manager to prepare the reports and final statistics that reflect the final costs of technical work items of the project.
- Update the department data base for each package based on the PO rates.
What you'll need
- Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering, or equivalent
- 5 years of Experience in same title
- Effective Communication skills.
- Solid Time Management and organizing skills.
- Analytical skills and attention to details.
- Problem solving skills.
- Proficient in English.
- Strong in Microsoft excel
