Cost Control Engineer

Qualifications

• Monitor project budgets, actual costs, commitments, and forecasts.
• Prepare cost reports and budget vs. actual cost analyses.
• Monitor equipment productivity, utilization, and operating costs.
• Analyze cost variances and identify cost overruns and savings opportunities.
• Maintain cost control databases and project cost records.
• Coordinate with Project Management, QS, Procurement, Finance, and Site Teams.
• Prepare KPIs, cost reports, and management dashboards.
• Support forecasting and cost projections.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Engineering, or a related field
• Previous experience in Cost Control / Project Controls , preferably in construction.
• Strong Excel and cost control reporting skills
• Good understanding of budgeting, actual costs, forecasting, and variance analysis.
• Strong analytical, communication, and coordination skills.

Preferred:

• Experience in piling, shoring, soil improvement, or heavy construction.
• PMP, CCP, or other relevant certifications are an advantage.
