Cost Control Engineer

As a highly skilled Cost Control Engineer in our Project Control team, you will be responsible for estimating the projects cost, cost controlling and planning in construction projects.

Education requirements: A minimum of a bachelor's degree in engineering, Project management, or any other related field.

Responsibilities and Duties:

· Provide breakdown quantities of project.

· Review and release payments submitted by the owner and subcontractor.

· Review all the claims and change orders on projects contracts.

· Review the bill of quantities for subtractor's quotations.

· Prepare the projects financial report.

· Prepare an estimated time schedule for the projects and update the time as needed.

· Review Bill of Quantity (BOQ) sheets for projects.

· Prepare draft contracts and work order.

Qualifications and skills:

· Organization, communication, and collaboration.

· Time management.

· The ability to estimate complex cost issues and maintain them.

· Mathematics skills.

· Decision-making.

· Computer skills; Microsoft Office Programs, Auto CAD, and MS project.

· Knowledge of ERP system.

· Good in English (written and oral) communication and correspondence.
