Senior Cost Control Manager – MEP | EPC Civil Infrastructure Company – UAE

Salary: Estimated AED 30,000/month, negotiable

PROCER is recruiting on behalf of its client, a major EPC Civil Infrastructure contractor in the UAE, for an experienced Senior Cost Control Manager – MEP.

Requirements

• Minimum 12–15 years experience in Cost Control / Project Controls.
• At least 5 years in a senior Cost Control role.
• Strong EPC construction cost control experience, with significant exposure to MEP packages/projects.
• UAE/GCC experience – Minimum 3 years
• Strong knowledge of budgeting, forecasting, EAC/ETC, cash flow and variance analysis.
• Experience with subcontractor costs, procurement, variations and change control.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage MEP project budgets, forecasts and cost reports.
• Monitor actual costs, commitments and expenditure.
• Prepare EAC/ETC and cash-flow forecasts.
• Analyse variances and identify potential cost overruns.
• Track procurement, subcontractor and manpower costs.
• Monitor variations, claims and scope changes.
• Coordinate with Project, Commercial, Procurement, Planning and Finance teams.
