- Experience in ERP softwares

- Should be able to analyze costs, identify potential overruns and implement strategies to control expenses & risks.
- Conduct an assessment of all budgets and projections and contribute for profit maximisation.
Key Responsibilities
- Collecting and analyzing data related to an organization's costs.
- Identifying cost-saving opportunities and implementing cost-reduction measures.
- Preparing budget reports and financial forecasts.
- Reviewing financial transactions and cost accounting to ensure accuracy.
- Monitoring project budgets and ensuring they are adhered to.
- Working closely with management to understand and control costs.
- Providing recommendations for cost efficiency to upper management.
- Coordinating and implementing audits to ensure compliance with financial regulations.
- Presenting cost analysis results to management and making recommendations.
- Develop and implement cost standards for materials and labor.
- Design and implement cost control procedures.
- Prepare budget and cost estimates for business lines.
- Coordinate physical inventory counts and cycle counts.
- Analyze production costs and recommend changes.
- Update standard costs in the bill of materials.
- Review actual costs for inaccuracies.
- Validate the cost of goods sold as part of the month-end close.
- Work with the finance team to complete monthly closings.
