Job Description
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Must be familiar with Excel, Microsoft Word and Inventory Control System.
- Supervise food & beverage store keeper.
- Ensure that security of food & beverage stores under supervision is adequate and regularly checked.
- Make ocular inspection of the storeroom and take note of items within the minimum level and items which are about to expire.
- Calculate daily food & beverage cost based on requisitions.
- Match Captain Orders against Guest Check.
- Ensure that meat tags are properly used and control.
- Perform recipe costing for food.
- Check food & beverage storeroom issuing summary.
- Collect information and maintain statistics.
- Participate in the month-end physical inventory.
- Assist the Cost Controller in the monthly closing of books and in the preparation of the reports.
- Submit monthly listing of slow moving and obsolete beverage items.
- Perform other duties that may be assigned from time to time.
- Safeguard inventories against loss and/or damages.
- Performs other duties as required.
