Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain project cost control systems to ensure accurate budgeting and forecasting.
- Monitor actual costs against budgets and report variances with clear, timely updates.
- Coordinate with project controls teams to validate cost data, support changes, and assess risks.
- Track all turnaround and brownfield costs during planning and execution phases.
- Participate in postturnaround reviews to evaluate cost performance and capture lessons learned.
Qualifications:
- BSc in Engineering preferred.
- Minimum 15 years of cost control experience within the petrochemical sector.
- Strong handson background in petrochemical cost control, including monitoring and analysis.
- Extensive brownfield experience covering modifications, upgrades, and tieins.
- Turnaround (TA) project experience.
- Proficient in project cost control and ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, Primavera, etc.).
