• Minimum 15 years of experience, including at least 10 years in the Gulf region.
• Proven ability and involvement in managing cost-plus mega projects during the past 5 years.
• Preferably Chartered and holding MMUP registration.
• Previous experience working with a Design or Supervision Consultant.
• Ability to respond to ad-hoc or urgent tasks and meet required timeframes.
• Fluency in English, both written and verbal.
• Experience on Doha projects is preferred but not mandatory.
• Minimum 5 years of experience specifically on Cost Plus construction projects.
