Key Responsibilities

• Develop, monitor, and update project budgets, forecasts, and cost baselines
• Track actual vs. planned costs and report variances to project and senior management
• Prepare cost control reports, dashboards, and earned value analysis (EVM)
• Support change management processes, evaluating cost impacts of scope changes
• Collaborate with project managers, procurement, and finance teams to ensure cost accuracy
• Identify cost-saving opportunities and risk mitigation strategies
• Ensure compliance with company policies, contract terms, and industry cost standards
• Contribute to lessons learned and continuous improvement of cost management processes

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering related field
• 3-5 years of experience in cost control/cost management, preferably within a PMO or large project environment
• Strong knowledge of cost estimating, budgeting, forecasting, and EVM techniques
• Proficiency in cost management tools (e.g., Primavera, SAP, Power BI, Excel)
• PMP, CCP, or EVP certification is a plus
• Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills
• Fluency in English

Technical Skills:

• Cost estimating, budgeting, and forecasting methodologies
• Earned Value Management (EVM) – CPI, SPI, variance analysis
• Advanced Excel (pivot tables, macros, financial modeling)
