Bakers Food Industries I Exception Patissier is a leading Egyptian industrial company specializing in the field of pastry and bakery. Since its establishment in 2009, the company has grown to 40 branches in Cairo, Giza, and Fayoum. In addition to its pastry and bakery products, the company also offers a selection of Italian pizzas, pies, and oriental pastries.

Costing Section Head

With experience in the Food & Beverage specially in Pastry industry to provide support to

Management with the following responsibilities:

• Collecting and analyzing data about companys operational costs.
• Setting standard costs of manufactured goods.
• Developing and analyzing cost standards.
• Carrying out cost-volume-profit (CVP) analysis.
• Performing account reconciliations.
• Recommending changes to the companys processes and policies to reduce cost and maximize profit.
• Advising executives and upper management on appropriate costing based on financial data.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Commerce
• CMA Holder is a Preferable.
• 7+ years of Costing experience - FOOD is a must
• Experience in FMCG and Bakery & Pastry is a Preferable
• Experience with Accounting System, cost and inventory systems.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Location:

• 6th October & Giza residents and nearby areas are preferred.
