Role Description
We are currently hiring Customer Service Representatives (Night Shift) to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for assisting customers, resolving inquiries, and providing a high level of support to ensure an excellent customer experience.
You will communicate with customers in English, handle requests efficiently, and maintain a professional and positive interaction with every client.
Qualifications
Fluency in English (B2C1 level preferred)
Previous experience in Customer Service, Call Center, or Customer Support
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to handle customer concerns professionally and efficiently
Good problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
Basic computer skills and ability to navigate customer service systems
Flexibility to work night shifts
