Role Description

This is a full-time position based in Dubai, UAE, with flexibility for remote work.

TRADIIFY PORTAL LLC is seeking a Counsellor Trading & Investing Education to support learners by providing guidance on financial topics, conducting personalized financial counseling sessions, verifying relevant financial and insurance details, and offering exceptional customer service.

The role requires strong financial knowledge as well as the ability to explain financial concepts clearly to users across the region.

The Counsellor will also contribute to enhancing the learning experience by applying financial terminology, industry insights, and effective communication skills.

Qualifications

1. Proficiency in Financial Counseling, with a strong foundation in Finance.
2. Familiarity in financial terminology.
3. Strong skills in Counselling and Coordinating with Clients, ensuring smooth communication and follow-up
4. Excellent Customer Service and communication abilities
5. Fluency in both Arabic and English (written and spoken)
6. Ability to work effectively in a hybrid environment within the UAE
7. Relevant professional experience and/or formal education in finance, business, insurance, or related fields is an advantage.
