Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Counter Sales role located in Doha, Qatar. The Counter Sales Representative will be responsible for assisting customers, providing product information, processing sales transactions, maintaining a well-organized and efficient sales counter, and addressing customer inquiries and concerns. The role also involves identifying customer needs, upselling products and services, and contributing to overall sales targets in a professional and courteous manner.

Qualifications

• Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to engage effectively with customers and address their queries professionally.
• Proficiency in Sales and Sales Management to achieve and exceed sales targets and maintain revenue growth.
• Capability to handle Training activities related to product knowledge or customer service enhancement.
• Proven ability to prioritize tasks, stay organized, and maintain attention to detail in a sales environment.
• Previous experience in retail/sales especially in A/C, HVAC Spare parts & Accessories required
• Flexibility to work on-site in Doha, Qatar, and adaptability to a fast-paced work setting.
