This is a frontline, business-critical leadership position at the heart of operations.

Country Head HR Opportunity

As Country Head HR UAE, you will own the end-to-end people agenda for the UAE business, partnering closely with senior leadership to build a high-performance, cost-disciplined, people-centric retail organisation. You'll balance strategy with execution equally comfortable shaping long-term workforce plans and solving today's store-level challenges.

Who We're Looking For

• 1015 years experience, with a clear progression from food/grocery retail operations into senior HR leadership
• Proven success in large-scale food, grocery, or discount retail
• Deep understanding of retail economics, workforce productivity, and people cost levers
• Experience scaling HR in high-growth, multi-country environments
• A hands-on, entrepreneurial leader with strong commercial acumen and execution bias
