Boo Boo Laand is seeking an experienced Country Manager to lead and grow our family entertainment operations a based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This role will drive business performance, operational excellence, team leadership, and brand consistency while ensuring compliance with local regulations and cultural standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and oversee all Boo Boo Laand operations
- Develop and execute country-level business and growth strategies
- Drive profitability, budgeting, and KPI performance
- Build, lead, and develop high-performing teams
- Ensure exceptional guest experience and brand standards
- Manage relationships with landlords, partners, and authorities
- Ensure compliance with Saudi labor and regulatory requirements
Requirements:
- 8+ years experience in operations, retail, hospitality, or entertainment
- Proven leadership experience, preferably managing multi-site operations
- Strong knowledge of the Saudi market and regulations
- Excellent leadership, communication, and commercial skills
- English required; Arabic is an advantage
