Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Country Manager based in Riyadh. The Country Manager will oversee day-to-day operations, develop and implement strategic business plans, and manage the overall growth of the company's presence in the region. Responsibilities include building and leading high-performance teams, driving sales and revenue, cultivating strong client relationships, ensuring compliance, and representing Cytomate in interactions with local stakeholders and partners. The role involves identifying new business opportunities, monitoring cybersecurity trends, and ensuring alignment with the company's global vision and objectives.

Qualifications

• Business Development, Sales Strategy, and Client Relationship Management skills
• Strong Leadership, Team Management, and Decision-Making abilities
• Deep understanding of Cybersecurity solutions, technologies, and trends (e.g. BAS platforms, penetration testing)
• Exceptional Communication, Presentation, and Negotiation skills
• Proficiency in Market Analysis and Strategic Planning
• Ability to adapt to local business cultures and work environments
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Cybersecurity, or related fields (MBA preferred)
• Prior experience in leading a region or country-level business is a significant advantage
• Proficiency in English is mandatory; native in arabic
• Saudi citizenship
