About the role

The Country Manager will own the local commercial strategy, translating regional priorities into in-market action plans. You will lead sales delivery, distributor management, customer engagement, and cross-functional collaboration to secure sustainable growth across modern trade, traditional trade, and foodservice channels

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the development and execution of the country commercial strategy
  • Drive sales growth, margin delivery, and market share targets
  • Country P & L, trade investment effectiveness, execution standards, and the performance of the commercial team
  • Build and strengthen distributor partnerships with clear joint business plans
  • Manage key customer relationships and commercial negotiations
  • Ensure excellence in sales fundamentals, including distribution, visibility, pricing, and execution
  • Lead, develop, and coach the local commercial team
  • Ensure alignment with supply chain, marketing, finance, and other functions to deliver results
  • Monitor performance through clear KPIs and take action to optimize outcomes

Key Ingredients

  • Bachelor's degree in business, sales, or related field
  • Extensive commercial leadership experience in food or beverage
  • Must have managed Modern Trade channel and distributor in UAE
  • Strong sales, negotiation, and customer management capability
  • Track record of delivering growth in fast-paced markets
  • Fluent in English and Arabic
