Position Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Country Manager to lead our business operations in the KSA. The ideal candidate will be responsible for launching the brand, setting up 100% foreign legal entity, operational infrastructure, and driving the expansion of showrooms in strategic, high-traffic locations across the country. This is a pivotal leadership role for a self-starter with a deep understanding of retail, local regulations, and market dynamics in KSA.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the establishment of 100% foreign legal entity in KSA.
- Agree on a clean measure of operational profitability (EBITDA), Top Line expansion, COGS, OPEX and Return on Investment Capital (ROIC).
- Liaise with governmental, and regulatory bodies to obtain necessary licenses and permits.
- Develop and execute a comprehensive market development plan and go-to-market strategies tailored to the Saudi market, especially Financial Efficiency.
- Secure prime locations for showroom openings, breakeven analysis and oversee agreements, fit-out, design and brand launch.
- Drive revenue growth and brand awareness through strategic partnerships, marketing initiatives, and customer engagement.
- Build and lead operations in KSA across functions, ensure high standards of service, operational efficiency, and inventory management.
- Monitor P&L performance and accountability, reporting and analytics, and manage budgets.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field (MBA preferred).
- 10+ years of progressive leadership experience in premium retail, life style, or similar sectors.
- Proven track record of launching businesses or expanding operations in KSA.
- Strong understanding of the Saudi retail landscape and local regulatory environment.
- Excellent leadership, negotiation, and communication skills.
- Fluent Arabic and English languages.
- Based in KSA.
