Country Manager

Responsibilities

Define and design the overall business architecture for UAE, including market strategy, business framework, and long-term development roadmap.

Build, expand, and manage the local ecosystem and ensure strong governance, performance tracking, and capability growth.

Drive key account development, including enterprise customers, governmental entities, and strategic industries.

Lead business planning, pipeline development, and reviews to achieve revenue, profitability, and growth targets.

Guide and coordinate technical support and marketing teams to ensure aligned, effective enablement and market execution.

Maintain strong market intelligence and competitive insight; identify opportunities for expansion and strategic partnerships.

Represent ZWSOFT in the UAE market, strengthening corporate presence and building long-term customer and partner relationships.

Qualifications

Arabic native speaker with fluent English.

15+ years of relevant experience in software, IT, or engineering-related industries. Familiar with VAD-VAR structure is a plus.

Strong network and proven experience with local channels, distributors, resellers, and key accounts in UAE.

Experience in CAD, CAx, or engineering software is a strong plus.

Demonstrated ability to build market strategy, manage complex ecosystems, and drive business growth.

Entrepreneurial mindset, strong leadership, and ability to operate independently in a fast-growing environment.
