Role Description

We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Country Sales Manager to lead our sales operations in Saudi Arabia. This on-site role involves spearheading sales initiatives, managing local customers and distributors, meeting clients, and driving lead generation to support business expansion.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for promoting and selling our range of Bioprocess Single-Use Bags and Systems, 3D Mixing Systems, PUPSIT assemblies, Fluid Handling Pump Tubing and Hoses, Custom Fittingssolutions designed for industries such as biopharma, pharmaceuticals, food & beverage, medical, engineering, and more.

Key responsibilities include developing strategic sales plans, acquiring new customers, managing key accounts, and building long-term client relationships. The role also requires regular customer site visits, market trend analysis, and close collaboration with internal teams to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and sustained business growth.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in sales within the Biopharma and Pharmaceutical industries
  • Strong expertise in sales strategy development, key account management, and client relationship building
  • Demonstrated ability to achieve sales targets and provide effective team leadership
  • Proficiency in market analysis and collaboration with cross-functional teams
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
  • Strong business acumen with a customer-centric approach
  • Prior experience in the rubber, biopharma, or pharmaceutical sectors is highly desirable
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in International Business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field.
