Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead market expansion initiatives for autonomous logistics vehicles across the Middle East by identifying business opportunities, developing market strategies, and driving regional growth objectives.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including enterprise customers, logistics partners, technology partners, government entities, and industry organizations.
  • Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and industry insights to identify growth opportunities and support strategic decision-making.
  • Build relationships with local government authorities, transportation regulators, and relevant stakeholders to understand regulatory requirements and support market entry.
  • Navigate the regulatory landscape, support approval processes, and facilitate the deployment of autonomous vehicle operations.
  • Collaborate with government agencies and industry partners to launch pilot projects, commercial trials, and large-scale deployments.
  • Represent the company at industry events, government meetings, and strategic partnership discussions.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in business development, partnerships, government relations, mobility, logistics, automotive, robotics, or related technology industries.
  • Proven track record of developing markets, building partnerships, and driving commercial growth.
  • Experience working with government authorities, regulatory bodies, or large enterprise customers is highly preferred.
  • Strong understanding of the Middle East business environment and market dynamics.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-growing and international environment.

Language Requirements

  • Chinese and English proficiency are required.
  • Arabic or other regional language skills are a strong plus.

  • Candidates currently based in Riyadh (Saudi Arabia), Oman, Qatar, or other Middle East locations are welcome to apply.
  • The role requires close collaboration with local customers, partners, and government stakeholders across the region.
