Job Description


EAE Technology is a manufacturer of KNX automation products in Turkey and member of EAE Group which has business relations with 112 different countries. EAE has 6 offices worldwide and has more than 3000 employees in its 6 different production plants.

EAE Technology provides KNX Lighting Control Solution, Hotel GRMS Solution, Industrial/Commercial Solution, and Smart Home/Residential Solution for your reputable projects

Sales

Find projects

Develop relationship with contractors and MEPs to detect projects at early stage

Analyze customer needs and propose the optimum solution from our product portfolio in cooperation with the internal project department

Provide necessary technical information to customers

Visit the decision makers ( consultants, architects, interior designers, developers, contractors, MEPs, etc. ) to get their approval

Identify key decision makers and track them until sales closure

Follow up the projects and report status of each project

Business Development

Build action plan for each consultant to to put EAE Technology brand in the vendor list

Develop relationship with consultants to promote and prescribe EAE offers

Develop relationship with developers for both demand creation (detect projects) and brand awareness

Attending local and national exhibitions

Creating new partnerships and improve our existing partnerships with system integrator companies or distributors

KPIs

Sales

Sales volume (invoice value)

Sales volume (booked value)

Forecast volume (in one year moving window, based on clear assumptions all backed up with evidence)

Business Development

Number of consultants which put EAE brand on vendor list and which prescribe EAE solutions

Number of consultants which approved EAE brand for specific projects

Number of qualified projects on the pipeline coming directly from developers

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Engineering field

Minimum 3 years of experience in export sales, preferably in the building automation or technology industry

Fluent in English, both written and verbal (mandatory); additional languages are a plus

Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills

Ability to build and maintain relationships with customers, partners, and distributors

Familiar with international regulations, customs, and trade procedures

Proven track record of achieving sales targets and increasing revenue

Familiarity with market trends, competitor analysis, and market research

Willingness to travel domestically and internationally as needed

Understanding the KNX standard and its applications is a plus

Knowledge of SAP program is a plus
