Country Sales Manager
Location: Cairo, Egypt

Reporting Line: Reports to HQ (Turkey)
Colin's is seeking an experienced and dynamic Country Sales Manager to lead and grow our retail sales operations in Egypt. The role will be responsible for managing the performance of our retail stores and ensuring effective execution of our multi-channel sales strategy.
The ideal candidate will have strong experience in ready-to-wear retail, multi-store management, and omnichannel operations (retail + e-commerce), with a strategic mindset and strong execution capabilities. The position is based in Cairo and remote management is not planned.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and develop overall sales performance across retail stores in Egypt
- Define and implement sales strategies aligned with company growth targets
- Lead and motivate store teams to achieve sales KPIs, profitability, and productivity targets
- Ensure strong visual merchandising (VM) standards and brand consistency across stores
- Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer behavior to identify growth opportunities
- Ensure alignment between retail and e-commerce channels to support omnichannel growth
- Collaborate closely with HQ teams in Turkey (Buying, Merchandising, Marketing, HR, Finance)
- Monitor key performance indicators such as sales revenue, LFL, conversion, ATV, UPT, margin, and stock turnover
- Drive initiatives to improve customer experience and brand loyalty
- Ensure effective inventory management and product performance optimization
- Lead, coach, and develop the country sales team
- Provide regular reporting and business insights to HQ
Qualifications
- Minimum 10 years of experience in retail sales management
- Proven experience in ready-to-wear (fashion/apparel) retail
- Strong background in multi-store management
- Experience in omnichannel structure (retail + e-commerce integration) is preferred
- Strong leadership and team management capabilities
- Strong analytical mindset with KPI-driven approach
- Experience working in an international matrix organization is an advantage
- Candidate is expected to be based in Cairo
Language Requirements
- Fluent English – mandatory
- Turkish is considered an asset
