Purpose Of The Role

The Country Sales Manager will be responsible to drive country business growth by generating leads and expanding market presence through field activities, marketing initiatives, client engagement, and participation in events, seminars, and professional communities.

Experience & Qualifications

  • Total Years of Experience: 5-10 years in B2B sales (on-field) and country business development with a strong focus on field activities and market expansion.
  • Qualification (minimum): Bachelor's in Business Administration, Marketing or related field (MBA is a plus).

Key Responsibilities

  • Field Operations & Market Engagement:
  • Execute on-ground activities to identify new markets and business opportunities
  • Build local market presence through direct engagement and networking
  • Strategic Lead Generation & Pipeline Development:
  • Generate leads through multiple channels including outreach, events, and networking
  • Maintain a consistent pipeline of potential clients for business growth
  • Marketing Events Planning & Execution:
  • Plan and participate in marketing events to promote company services
  • Engage with potential clients and create brand visibility
  • Industry Seminars & Knowledge Representation:
  • Represent the organization at industry seminars and knowledge sessions
  • Network with stakeholders and explore business opportunities
  • Client Engagement & Relationship Building:
  • Conduct regular client visits to build and strengthen relationships
  • Understand client needs and present relevant solutions
  • Roadshow Management & Market Outreach:
  • Organize and participate in roadshows across target markets
  • Promote services and engage with prospective clients directly
  • Professional Community Engagement & Networking:
  • Actively engage in professional and business communities
  • Leverage networks to generate leads and partnerships
