Country Sales Manager - KSA

Work Location: Saudi Arabia, Riyadh
Sector: Water heating, HVAC, pumps, power tools, white goods, MEP

Compensation

  • Estimated Salary: SAR 25,000 - 30,000 per month + Medical insurance + Performance Bonus (discretionary)

Overview

A multinational company into industrial and home use heating products are seeking a results-driven Country Sales Manager to lead and grow its business in Saudi Arabia. This role will take full ownership of sales performance, market development, and key customer relationships in KSA, whilst managing the distribution network to increase sales growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive sales growth across project and wholesale channels
  • Develop and execute market strategy and business plans for KSA
  • Manage key distributor relationships
  • Build strong networks with contractors, consultants, and developers
  • Deliver accurate sales forecasts and achieve revenue targets
  • Oversee P&L and ensure operational performance
  • Lead a small local team
  • Support after-sales service operations
  • Represent the business with senior stakeholders and deliver impactful presentations to internal management on sales progress

Requirements

Preference is for a Saudi National. Otherwise, will consider fluent Arabic speakers.

  • Proven experience in Sales / Business Development / Account Management / Country Leadership roles
  • Strong understanding of the KSA market and business environment
  • Experience working within a multinational organization
  • Background in project sales and distributor management
  • Preferred industry exposure: water heating, HVAC, pumps, power tools, or white goods
  • Existing relationships with key distributors in KSA is a strong advantage

Education

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or Engineering (Mechanical, Civil, or Electrical)
