We are seeking an experienced Coupa Lead to drive end-to-end procurement transformation initiatives using the Coupa platform. The ideal candidate will bring strong expertise in Source-to-Pay (S2P) / Procure-to-Pay (P2P) processes, Coupa implementations, and stakeholder management, along with the ability to lead large-scale enterprise programs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead end-to-end Coupa implementations including design, configuration, integration, and rollout
- Drive procurement transformation initiatives across sourcing, procurement, and supplier management
- Manage business requirement gathering, process design, and solution architecture
- Lead client workshops, demos, and stakeholder discussions at leadership level
- Oversee migration from legacy systems (Oracle, SAP, PeopleSoft, JDE, etc.) to Coupa
- Manage third-party integrations and ecosystem alignment
- Ensure successful go-live, user adoption, and post-implementation support
- Define and track KPIs, ROI, and platform adoption metrics
- Lead and mentor onshore/offshore teams
Core Skills & Expertise:
- Strong experience in Coupa (BSM, P2P, S2C, Expense Management)
- Deep understanding of Procurement & Supply Chain processes
- Experience with platform implementations, rollouts, and upgrades
- Expertise in integration management and system harmonization
- Strong stakeholder management (C-level / VP-level engagement)
- Experience in RFPs, vendor evaluation, and procurement strategy
Leadership & Transformation Experience:
- Proven experience in leading digital transformation programs
- Strong background in change management & user adoption strategies
- Ability to drive business value, cost optimization, and process efficiency
- Experience managing large enterprise clients and global rollouts
Preferred Skills:
- Coupa Certifications (BSM / Platform Certified)
- Experience with other procurement platforms (SAP Ariba, Ivalua, etc.)
- Exposure to analytics, reporting, and procurement KPIs
- Knowledge of cloud/SaaS platforms and integrations
