We are seeking a highly qualified CPA with SOCPA certification to manage accounting, financial reporting, and compliance activities in accordance with Saudi regulations, IFRS, and ZATCA requirements. The ideal candidate will ensure financial integrity, regulatory compliance, and support strategic financial decision-making.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and review financial statements in accordance with IFRS and SOCPA standards
- Ensure compliance with ZATCA regulations (VAT, Zakat, Corporate Income Tax)
- Manage monthly, quarterly, and annual closing processes
- Oversee general ledger, accounts payable/receivable, and payroll accounting
- Coordinate with external auditors and lead audit processes
- Prepare and submit VAT and Zakat returns accurately and on time
- Develop and implement internal controls and accounting policies
- Analyze financial performance and provide management reports and forecasts
- Support budgeting, cost control, and financial planning activities
- Ensure compliance with Saudi labor, tax, and commercial laws
Qualifications & Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- CPA certification (US or equivalent) Required
- SOCPA Certification / Membership Mandatory
- Minimum 39 years of relevant accounting experience (depending on seniority)
- Strong knowledge of IFRS, SOCPA standards, and Saudi tax laws
- Experience working with ZATCA, VAT, Zakat, and corporate tax
- Proficiency in ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, or similar)
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
- Fluency in English (Arabic is a strong advantage)
