This is a full-time, on-site role for a CPG (Consumer Packaged Goods) Growth Expert based in Sharjah Emirate, United Arab Emirates. The CPG Growth Expert will devise and implement growth strategies to drive sales for FMCG products, with a focus on identifying new market opportunities and optimizing existing business channels. Responsibilities include conducting data analysis, developing and executing growth plans, managing projects, engaging in hands-on sales activities, and fostering strong communication with clients and internal teams to achieve business objectives.

• Strong Analytical Skills to interpret data, identify trends, and generate actionable insights for driving growth
• Excellent Communication skills to effectively engage with clients, stakeholders, and team members
• Experience in Growth Hacking and Sales to develop strategies for market expansion and revenue generation
• Proven Project Management skills for overseeing, organizing, and executing various growth initiatives
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment
• Flexibility to adapt to dynamic market conditions and work on-site in a fast-paced environment
• Previous experience in FMCG or F&B industries is highly valued
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
