Detailed Job Description:
- Lead Sales Operations function for Hitech Customer
- Provide sales support for quote creation, complex bundling, conversions, quote validation and approvals using CPQ engine
- Assist and validate deals in line corporate guidelines on ARR growth.
- Identify and resolve issues/blockers in the quote/order form process working with cross department stake holders - Work with Channels Rep, AE,Deals Desk and Finance to get deals converted into order
- Monitor sales hygiene in CRM and work with sales leaders to correct any errors
- Contribute to updating the Sales Operations Playbook
- Support sales forecasting and reporting
