Role Description

This is a full-time on-site (Dubai) / Off-site (chennai) for a Creative AI Content Director located in Dubai. The role involves developing and overseeing innovative content strategies while managing the creation, curation, and optimization of content across multiple platforms. Responsibilities include writing and editing content, driving content marketing campaigns, aligning content initiatives with brand and business strategies, and leveraging AI tools to deliver innovative solutions in the telecom sector. The Creative AI Content Director will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure content effectively communicates Plintron's value and vision to its target audiences.

Qualifications

• Proven expertise in Content Strategy and the ability to design and implement innovative content plans.
• Exceptional skills in Writing, Content Development, and crafting compelling narratives tailored to diverse audiences.
• Experience in Content Management, including overseeing content lifecycle and ensuring consistency across platforms.
• Strong proficiency in Content Marketing, including creating campaigns aligned with brand and business goals to drive customer engagement and growth.
• Familiarity with leveraging emerging AI tools to enhance content effectiveness.
• Strong leadership and collaboration skills to work with multidisciplinary global teams effectively.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field.
• Experience in the telecom or technology sector will be an advantage.
