About the Role
A design-focused brand is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Creative Assistant to contribute to ongoing creative and operational initiatives. This role involves working across visual content, brand materials, and day-to-day coordination related to creative projects.
The position requires strong organizational skills, visual awareness, and the ability to execute tasks efficiently while maintaining high standards for quality and consistency.
Key Responsibilities
Contribute to the execution of design and visual content projects
Edit and prepare images using Adobe Photoshop, Lightroom, or similar tools
Assist with graphic design tasks and visual adjustments across digital content
Support social media content preparation and scheduling
Maintain organized digital libraries of creative assets and references
Assist with content production and photoshoots when required
Support e-commerce operations, including processing orders and assisting with inventory management
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Media, or a related field
Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop; familiarity with Lightroom, or Canva is preferred
Demonstrated interest in design, typography, calligraphy, or visual storytelling
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Ability to manage tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment
