About the RoleNTAM Marketing Agency is seeking an experienced Creative Associate with a strong background in creative development and content production. This role requires a proactive, highly creative professional who can contribute strategically to concept creation while ensuring flawless execution across all deliverables.
The ideal candidate will bring a deep understanding of brand communication, digital storytelling, and visual identity, while also collaborating effectively with multidisciplinary teams.
Key Responsibilities:Creative Concepting & Execution- Lead and contribute to advanced brainstorming sessions to develop strong, innovative concepts for branding, campaigns, and digital activations.
- Convert high-level ideas into polished visual and written assets aligned with client objectives and brand strategy.
- Develop detailed storyboards, refined mood boards, and comprehensive creative proposals for internal and client presentations.
Content Creation- Produce high-quality content for social media, websites, digital ads, decks, and integrated marketing campaigns.
- Write insightful, compelling, and brand-aligned copy when required.
- Collaborate closely with designers to execute polished graphics, layouts, and simple motion pieces while maintaining high creative standards.
Brand Support & Coordination- Ensure all creative materials adhere to brand guidelines and deliver consistent messaging across platforms.
- Manage and organize content assets, references, and production materials efficiently.
- Support in maintaining and enhancing the creative asset library, content calendars, and workflow processes.
Team Collaboration- Partner with the marketing, design, and account management teams to guarantee seamless execution and timely delivery of creative projects.
- Participate in structured internal creative reviews, providing professional feedback and strengthening creative outputs.
- Contribute to the preparation of high-quality presentations, pitches, and proposal decks for internal stakeholders and clients.
Requirements:- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, Graphic Design, Media, or a related discipline.
- 24 years of proven experience in a creative, content, or marketing rolepreferably within a fast-paced agency environment.
- Strong conceptual thinking with the ability to translate ideas into engaging, polished creative deliverables.
- Proficiency or strong familiarity with creative design tools (Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva, or similar).
- Deep understanding of digital platforms, content trends, and audience behavior.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and time-management skills.
- Ability to work under pressure, handle multiple projects simultaneously, and deliver high-quality work within deadlines.
- A proactive mindset with a strong sense of ownership, responsibility, and teamwork.
