Role Overview

The Creative & Brand Visuals Lead is responsible for developing and maintaining the visual identity of the brands under Plan A, including Malama and Knock. The role ensures brand consistency, high-quality creative output, and strong visual storytelling across all channels.

This position works closely with marketing, growth, and operations teams to support campaigns, brand initiatives, and ongoing brand development.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own and manage the visual identity for Malama and Knock
  • Develop and maintain brand guidelines and visual standards
  • Lead creative direction for marketing campaigns and brand initiatives
  • Oversee all visual assets (digital, print, in-store materials)
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure brand consistency
  • Review and manage creative output from designers or external agencies

Requirements

  • Proven experience in branding, visual design, or creative leadership
  • Strong portfolio demonstrating brand and visual work
  • Experience with F&B or consumer brands is a plus
  • Strong attention
