Social Media Content Intern (Design + Reels Editing) Remote

AED 3,000 / month (paid internship)

Role Summary

We're hiring a remote Content Intern to help us produce organic social media content. You'll prepare all static designs (feed posts + carousels + story templates) and edit Reels using raw UGC footage we providekeeping everything aligned with our brand style.

Responsibilities

Static Design (Organic Social)

• Design IG feed posts, carousels, and story templates based on briefs
• Turn product features, offers, and brand messages into clean, on-brand visuals
• Create reusable templates to speed up weekly content production
• Export content in correct sizes (Feed, Story, Reel cover, etc.)

Reels / Video Editing

• Edit short-form videos (Reels/TikTok) using raw UGC footage we send
• Add on-screen text, subtitles (Arabic/English if needed), basic motion, and transitions
• Choose strong hooks, pacing, and structure to improve retention
• Create Reel covers/thumbnails and format videos for posting

Workflow

• Follow a weekly content plan and deliver content on deadlines
• Organize files clearly (raw footage, project files, exports)
• Apply feedback fast and keep communication clear and professional

Requirements

• Strong Canva skills and Photoshop (carousels, layouts, typography, clean design)
• Strong short-form editing in CapCut / Premiere / Final Cut / VN
• Understands IG/TikTok best practices (hooks, pacing, subtitles, safe zones)
• Fast, detail-oriented, and comfortable with revisions
• Reliable internet + ability to work remotely with quick turnaround

Nice to Have

• Fitness / lifestyle / modest fashion content experience
• Bilingual Arabic + English (for subtitles and on-screen text)
• Basic content sense (suggesting hooks, text overlays, cover options)

Deliverables (Typical Week)

• 35 static posts (including carousels)
• 35 Reels edits (1545 seconds)
• Story templates as needed

Tools

Canva + CapCut/Premiere + Google Drive (or Dropbox) + WhatsApp for fast updates
