About The Role
TOPTATO is looking for a Creative Content Manager & Producer to lead content creation from concept to execution and performance analysis.
We are seeking a highly creative individual who can develop fresh content ideas, identify trends, lead content production, direct photoshoots, and create engaging social-first content that drives brand growth and customer engagement.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop monthly content strategies and content calendars.
- Monitor and analyze trends across TikTok, Instagram, and Snapchat.
- Generate innovative content concepts and campaigns.
- Create scripts, content briefs, and production plans.
- Lead and direct content production and photoshoots.
- Guide models, photographers, and creative teams during shoots.
- Propose new visual concepts, locations, sets, and creative directions.
- Develop fresh ways to showcase products and collections.
- Produce UGC-style and social-first content.
- Review edits and ensure content quality.
- Monitor content performance and optimize future outputs.
- Conduct competitor analysis and identify new growth opportunities.
- Prepare performance reports and actionable recommendations.
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of experience in content creation, creative production, or social media content.
- Previous experience in Fashion, Beauty, or Lifestyle brands is highly preferred.
- Strong understanding of TikTok and Instagram content ecosystems.
- Experience leading content shoots and creative productions.
- Strong creative thinking and visual storytelling skills.
- Ability to transform ideas into high-performing content.
- Must be based in Jeddah or willing to relocate.
